How do they use it?

At checkout they paste the code under “Discount code or gift card” and tap Apply. The amount comes off the total. Apple Pay and Google Pay express buttons skip this field, so use the regular checkout.

Does it expire?

No. Arcana gift cards never expire.

What if the order costs less or more?

Anything left stays on the card for next time. If the order costs more, they pay the rest with a card or PayPal.

How do I check the balance?

Open the gift card link from the email. The page always shows the current balance.

Can I schedule it?

Yes. Pick a date up to 90 days ahead and we email it that day.

Can I use a gift card to buy another gift card?

No, gift cards can only be used on jewelry.
